Siebenquell® GesundZeitResort's Waterworld and Saunaworld are as unique as the nature surrounding them. From a depth of 1,835 m, and starting at a temperature of 53°C, the fluoride-containing sulphuric thermal waters reach the surface through pure granite rock, from where they are fed into the resort's more than 1,500 m² of pools with a temperature of around 32°C. As the deepest thermal borehole in Germany, the thermal water in the Siebenquell® can compete with other healing waters in terms of the composition of its mineralisation. With a concentration of 9 mg/l, our thermal waters have one of the highest fluoride contents in Germany; they have therefore been recognised as a healing water by the state.

Among other things, this is due to the natural, muscle-relaxing effect of the waters. The pleasant temperature of more than 32°C both increases blood flow to the skin and helps the body better absorb oxygen and minerals.
