1. Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without having to give any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

You can use the attached cancellation form template; however, this is not required by law.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of your right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.


2. Legal consequences

If you cancel this agreement, we shall reimburse you for any payments we have received from you, including any delivery charges, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this agreement.

We will use the same form of payment that you used in the original transaction to make this repayment, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
