Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at the hotel reception desk in advance.
You are welcome to use the hotel’s free outdoor parking or reserve a parking space in the underground car park for a fee.
There is a charging station for charging electric cars in our underground car park. If you require a fast-charging station for your Tesla, we are happy to inquire into availability for you at our partner and neighbouring hotel “Kurzentrum Weißenstadt am See”.
There is plenty of room for your bicycles in our underground car park.
Hotel guests may use the thermal spa on the day of their arrival from the time they check in (beginning from 3 pm). The GesundZeitWelt is accessible from 8 am to 10 pm during your stay at the hotel. The thermal spring is reserved exclusively for hotel guests until 10 am.
Early Check-In Use the waterworld and saunaworld from 12:30 pm € 15/adult,, € 7,50/child from 3-12 years, children up to 3 years free.
After Check-Out You can easily book the use of the thermal baths at the hotel reception as follows: until 4 pm for € 20/adult, € 10/child from 3-12 years, until 8 pm for € 29/adult, € 14,50/child from 3-12 years.
A Late-Check-Out with room and thermal baths is also possible, but can only be booked on site and subject to availability: until 4 pm for € 30/adult, € 15/child from 3-12 years, until 8 pm for € 40/adult, € 20/child from 3-12 years.
We provide you with a complimentary spa bag with a bathrobe and towel for use during your stay.
If necessary, you are welcome to exchange your yellow bath towel at the hotel reception.
Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances you have as early as possible - before your arrival. Our kitchen team is happy to put together special meals to meet your specific needs.
You are welcome to bring your dog with you to the hotel lobby. Your dog is also welcome at the RotRind Steakhouse.
You may stay in your room until 12 noon on the day of your departure.
You will find a large selection of bathing accessories including swimwear near the thermal spring ticket counter (entrance is also possible via the waterworld). Open daily from 10 am to 9 pm.
Vouchers and the Siebenquell GesundWertKarte are recognised as a means of payment throughout the entire resort.

The additional booking of breakfast on half board (dinner in buffet form) costs € 25 per person per day if booked before you arrival, otherwise € 28 per person per day.
The additional booking of half board on 3/4 board (soup for lunch, salad buffet and selection of pastries) costs € 10 per person per day when booking for your entire stay, otherwise € 14 per person per day for individual bookings.
