Fresh & local

At Siebenquell® we value fresh and local produce. Certain products, like our Siebenquell® honey and our home-brewed Siebenquell® beer are sourced from this very region. We also use lots of fresh ingredients in our typical local Frankish dishes such as our sour roast, Schäufele pork shoulder or roast goose with red cabbage and dumplings.

Table reservations

Please note: For hotel guests who have booked the Alkaline Time package, there will be a special table reserved for you for the duration of your stay. Groups and families should please book in advance so that a table can be specially prepared for you.
